Tokyo Bowl in Clear Lake Texas is the best sushi. Ever. As far as sushi/sashimi goes, I like the raw stuff fine, but I prefer the cooked fish/meat rolls. Either raw or cooked at TB is so awesome. This stuff is so good that I crave it a few times during the week. Pictured below is a Tiger Eye Roll (top white rolls), the Spider Roll (right of the tiger eye), and a Volcano Roll (below tiger eye).
